Baked Chicken Tenders
Easy baked chicken tenders with a butter dijon coating and breadcrumb crust.
Ingredients
- •1 pack chicken tenders (one pack from Costco)
- •0.5 cup butter (melted)
- •1.5 Tbs Dijon mustard
- •1 tablespoon garlic paste (or garlic)
- •0.5 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (gluten free)
- •0.75 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter, mix with Dijon and garlic
- In another bowl mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Dip each tender (both sides) into butter/dijon mixture then into breadcrumbs (both sides) and place on baking sheet or Pyrex dish.
- Bake 375 for about 30 mins
