Grandma Betty White’s Scalloped Potatoes (lightened)
Lightened up version of scalloped potatoes.
Ingredients
- •1 15-oz. can Condensed Chicken Soup or from scratch recipe
- •thawed frozen shredded hash browns (2 lbs.)
- •2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- •1 c. sour cream
- •to taste Salt & pepper
- •1 c Panko or Bread Crumbs
- •2 T. melted butter
Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients well in a large bowl; pour mixture into greased 9”x 13” pan.
- Combine 1 cup Panko or Bread Crumbs with 2 T. melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes in casserole pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, until crumbs are browned.
