Lemon Chardonnay Pasta
The Whistlin Jack Lodge lemon chardonnay pasta recipe.
Ingredients
- •2 cups cream
- •1 cup milk
- •2 teaspoons chicken base
- •0.5 teaspoon Tabasco
- •0.25 cup fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
- •0.5 cup chardonnay white wine
- •0.125 teaspoon white pepper
- •2 tablespoons butter
- •2 tablespoons flour
- •Penne Pasta
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, heat slowly, and add to thickening below.
- In a pan melt butter over low heat. Slowly add flour.
- Mix well.
- Remove from heat.
- Slowly add a little of the lemon chardonnay sauce to thickening.
- Stir with wire whisk until smooth and blended.
- Serve with Penne Pasta.
