Brownies
Delicious homemade brownies with dark chocolate chunks and optional nuts.
Ingredients
- •200 g dark chocolate (melted)
- •115 g butter (melted)
- •100 g sugar
- •100 g brown sugar
- •3 eggs
- •0.25 tsp salt
- •1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- •75 g all-purpose flour
- •35 g cocoa powder
- •nuts optional dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- preheat oven to 175 degrees celcius.
- melt chocolate and butter together.
- beat sugar, brown sugar, and eggs together until pale and doubled.
- add salt & vanilla.
- fold in chocolate mixture.
- sift in flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in, then add chopped chocolate.
- bake for 25-30 minutes-DON'T OVERBAKE or you have failed (not in life, just in making good brownies).
