Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
Parmesan Roasted Potatoes recipe.
Ingredients
- •6 potatoes (skins on)
- •Olive oil
- •Garlic powder
- •Onion powder
- •to taste Salt
- •Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven 400°.
- Dice potatoes to 1" cubes
- In a large bowl, douse in olive oil. Sprinkle generously with garlic & onion powder. Stir to coat all potatoes evenly.
- Line baking sheet with parchment, distribute potatoes evenly. Salt potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven & sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes (do not flip potatoes). Return potatoes to oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and potatoes easily poke with a fork.
