Banana Bread
Classic banana bread recipe.
Ingredients
- •1.5 cups flour (spoon flour into measuring cup then level off w/ backside of knife)
- •1 tsp baking soda (sifted)
- •0.5 tsp salt (added to flour mixture)
- •0.75 cups unsalted butter (softened)
- •0.5 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- •0.5 cup dark brown sugar (packed (light for more rise and airy bread)
- •2 eggs
- •1 tsp vanilla
- •0.25 tsp cinnamon
- •3-6 DO NOT MASH break off into chunks bananas
Instructions
- Oven at 325°
- In a small bowl sift flour and baking soda (spoon flour into measuring cup then level off w/ backside of knife)
- Add salt and pour onto wax or parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar on medium for 2 minutes
- Add eggs then vanilla
- Add bananas
- On low speed funnel in flour mixture and cinnamon
- Bake for 75-80 min
