•1.5 pounds ground chicken
•2 heads butter lettuce (separated into cups)
•3 tablespoons soy sauce
•2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
•1 tablespoon rice vinegar
•1 tablespoon sesame oil
•3 cloves garlic (minced)
•1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
•1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts (diced)
•4 green onions (sliced)
