•3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs (skin removed)
•1/3 cup honey
•1/3 cup soy sauce
•6 cloves garlic (minced)
•2 tablespoons rice vinegar
•2 tablespoons ketchup

•1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)

Instructions
