Ingredients
•1.5 pounds large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
•12 oz andouille sausage (sliced into rounds)
•1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
•4 ears corn on the cob (cut into thirds)
•3 tablespoons olive oil
•2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
•4 cloves garlic (minced)
•4 tablespoons butter (melted)
•2 lemon (cut into wedges)
•for garnish fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with foil.
Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon Old Bay. Spread on sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes.
Add corn and sausage to the pan with the potatoes. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Roast for 10 more minutes.
Toss shrimp with remaining olive oil and Old Bay seasoning. Add to the sheet pan.
Roast for 6-8 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Drizzle over everything.
Squeeze lemon wedges over the top, garnish with parsley, and serve family-style directly from the pan.
